Kathleen,

I have three Twitter accounts and follow a total of 100 accounts. I
send anywhere from one to five tweets per day. I haven't received any
phishing messages, or any notices to change my password.

I do get the occasional spam follow, which I block when it happens.
The spam issue was bad earlier this year, but the new "report
suspicious activity" option seems to be working. Usually by the time I
go to check out a questionable follow, the account has already been
suspended.

So, from my perspective, there hasn't been anything to worry about, so
far. As a result, I don't have any recommendations.
