Are you sure this is a legitimate message? Maybe some virus got on there and is spoofing you. I mean, the message to my eyes appears kind of contradictory.

Until you get this straightened out, can you use a different distiller? If you can use RoboPDF, I've always found that to be even better than the Acrobat distillers.
