SOLVED: merged TOCs not working in RoboHelp X3

Hi all,
 
We got around this problem rather than fixed it, but at this point in
the game that's a good result.
 
A former colleague who is still in the company in another role
remembered that we had to compile the sub-CHMs in RoboHelp 2002 and the
master CHM in RoboHelp X3.
 
Why?  That's a very good question...  :)  But our deadline is tomorrow,
so we are not asking ourselves these questions at this particular
moment!
