Yes, that's a better approach, far better than, "Please let us tell you
why you are calling." It also provides, if they get a voice record of
the call, a set of "words not matched" to let them know whether they are
on target and perhaps help them improve.

I'm thinking also that pardon-the-French words like s**th**d, g*d, d**m,
eff**g ought to take them directly to a Human Who Really Speaks English.
Peut-etre la meme chose en francais for genuine French.

Has any of the Anglophones among us yet called a Quebec company and
reaches a bot that accepts only French?
