LOL, personally I'd say it was the Technical Communicator's fault for 
not thinking as you would and Indexing it properly. ;)

But then again, I'm part of a dying herd of dinosaurs. The world wants 
to abandon the Index in favor of rooting around the giant bucket of bits 
searching for patterns. What can I say, I've always liked an organized 
toolbox too. I know many folks that just pile them all in a heap and 
spend countless amounts of time looking for the 5/8 in nut driver.
