I found exactly what I'm looking for in the back of the Adobe InDesign
CS3 Classroom in a Book that I'd ordered and came in today. They call
it "Production Notes" and it includes Team Credits, Typefaces Used,
Images, and the writing/page composition tools that are used in the
composition of the book.
