behavior that is natural to flora and fauna, but which we humans think
should be tempered (among ourselves) by application of ethical

So what exactly is your point? Are you saying it's unnatural for us
humans to temper our behavior according to moral/ethical principles
because the flora, fauna (and Maryweather) don't do it?
