SOLUTION FOUND; THANKS Re: question about concatenate function displaying quotation marks (Excel 2000)

I got an off-list reply that said to try two adjacent quotation marks
to represent one quotation mark inside a string, eg:

=CONCATENATE("Replace ","""",C2,""""," with ","""",D2,"""",".")

That works.
