I have files that match all of those conditions and I have never encountered a problem with underscores or case. I have encountered an issue with a file name having # in it, though. I avoid special characters like a Jonas Bros concert...

Subject: WebHelp File Names: Upper/Lower Case & Underscore

Question regarding the naming of HTML files in a WebHelp project: does
it matter whether the file name contains upper/lower case characters?

Examples:
* sample_name_of_file.htm (all lower case)
* SAMPLE_NAME_OF_FILE.htm (all caps)
* Sample_Name_of_File.htm (upper and lower case)

In other words, could any potential problems arise from using any of the
above?

ALSO: Could the underscore line in a file name potentially cause any
problems?

Thanks.

Keith
