Why do you assume it was intended to be user friendly? I don't. It
sounds like AT&T quite understood what they were doing.

a great example of how not to be user-friendly.

In a nutshell, AT&T has updated their service agreement and buried it in
25,000 pages of info.

Seems they've been looking to the government for publication cues.
