AT&T Tech Comm Fail

No personal insult intended if you happen to work for them, but this is a great example of how not to be user-friendly.

In a nutshell, AT&T has updated their service agreement and buried it in 25,000 pages of info.

Seems they've been looking to the government for publication cues.
