Hi All,

I have some forms that call for LOTS of repeated information. Therefore
there is one field that has a bookmark, where the user would enter the
appropriate information. The (REF) field then picks up this info and it
appears where appropriate in the form.

Currently, the info is only updated automatically when the form is
printed. Is there any way to get the fields to update on Save, or some
other action -- **without macros**???

Any other way to update these fields without unlocking the form?

Thanks

Deborah
