Hi everyone,

I've been asked to compile a list of "really good" and "free" training resources on the web. Of course, once you start googling something that general, you get A LOT of hits. Just wondering if anyone out there has a favourite resource for online training materials for the following topics:

- Fundamentals of Computing (ie, how do I turn it on, what does the mouse do, etc)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (basic formatting, file management, etc)
- Email (sending, replying, and so on)

I know Microsoft has a lot of great material, and that there is a lot of good stuff out there...but if you have seen some material that you think is particularly excellent, please pass it along.

(Also, please reply off list...and I'll post a summary if anyone's interested)

Cheers,
Kevin
