Not to stray OT, but it's generally good practice to use plain text
for listservs, because you never know what kind of mail reader your
fellow list members are using. Plain text is ubiquitously supported,
where HTML can get rather, um, wonky.

Check your e-mail app's Help for info on switching to plain text. Some
even allow you to set sending "profiles" for certain addresses that,
when you send to them, use either a custom template or use custom mail
settings (like plain text, if your default is HTML).
