Information the user needs but can't access
in online help before the product is deployed
or when it is inoperative, such as safety
precautions, installation and service procedures,
etc., are required to be provided separate from
help, but "printable" is news to me. CDs that
can be viewed outside of the product were
always acceptable in the past, so long as
individual topics could be printed. It's also
surprising to me that they don't seem to want
the help translated.
