I get one of these at least once or twice a month.
I think my frequency is reduced by the fact that
my online resumes are all confidential and require
a prospective employer to pay to contact me
through Monster, Dice, STC, etc., but either there
are actually spammers who are willing to pay up
or occaisionally a real client company of one of
these online boards has their account hacked by
someone who uses it to send out spam.
