Oh, I forgot to add the notes that I scribbled on the instructions I
printed out 2 years ago.

To anchor the graphic:
Turn on markers.
Create the AutoShape and turn it a color so you can see what you are
doing.
Move the anchor into a nonrepeating row.
Select the graphic and double-click.
Click Layout tab.
Click Advanced.
Under Options, select Lock Anchor.
(Now you can move the object without having the anchor move.)
Position the AutoShape and turn it white.
Voila!

I tried the Word "Help" feature and havent seen anything that answers my
question, but . . .

Is there a simple way to include the word continued in table headers for
long tables that continue on 2 or more pages?

The only way Ive found to cause a table header to repeat is in Table
Properties > Row > and the check box at Repeat as header row at top of
each page.

Just nothing on adding continued to those table headers on subsequent
pages.
