It is our fault because were are the parents. We can blame the schools, the
media, the neighborhood, or whatever, but what all is said and done...we are
the parents. If our kids turned out illiterate and ill-mannered, or totally
stressed out overachievers...it is out fault.

However, it is their fault if they turn in a grammatically inept cover
letter or resume, even if that cover letter is for an agricultural position
(which I think was the starting point for this thread).
