Just so you all know, I personally responded to this concern on HATT and
to Mr. Mantyla. He sent us some great feedback and we are taking it very
seriously. It is actually great timing because we are in the midst of a
product and documentation rewrite. If anybody would like any more info
on this subject, feel free to ask!

folks there has been that they're pretty decent people; see what they
might have to say about this.
