RE: Word 2003 - heading style includes start next odd page

1. Enter all of the content, including the Heading 1 style, without
worrying about even and odd pages, etc.

2. Do a single Find & Replace All, in which you Find Heading 1 style
text and Replace All with the existing text (using ^&) followed by the
field code from Greg Maxey's post in the link below (but without the
brackets). In other words, your Replace All entry is:
^&IF{=Mod({Page},2)}="0"{AutoText "SPB"}{AutoText "DPB"}

3. Do a new Find for just the field code text (the Replace All entry
above, without the ^&). The first time it's found, it'll be selected.
Press CTRL+F9 to convert it to the actual field.

4. Press SHIFT+F4 to find the next one, and then F4 to repeat the
CTRL+F9 action. This step isn't automated, but it's fast and easy:
SHIFT+F4, F4, SHIFT+F4, F4, keep going till you hit bottom.

Alternatively, what about a variant on Greg Maxey's technique, using #2
to automatically add "Newheading1" to the Heading 1 text?
