Most web spider applications will produce an 
on-demand report of all links.
This shareware app has been around a long time:
HTML Link Validator
http://lithopssoft.com/ 
Try it for free or well worth the $35 registration 
if you have to rebuild a large site.
There are several others out there as well.

Does anyone know of any software that can be used to
map navigable links on web sites?  I have to reverse
engineer a web site, and that includes tracing all the
links. MS Visio will map a web site, but what it maps
is the executable code. As far as I know, it will not
produce a simple map of HTML links.
