Hi Kimberly and All,

Long time lurker, first time responder.

My current client is a SaaS. They do not do manuals in PDF. At one time they
did SaaS with a paper manual. That all changed when I came on board. We went
to online help exclusively. It's much faster to update online help. There's
some talk about incorporating Flash modules for training, but that's down
the road.
