Great comment! What is really interesting is to witness how the fear-driven, chronic overtime types behave outside of their cubicles. I belong to our company's ToastMasters (public speaking) club and am very active in my church. While ferocious appearing in their cubicles, I can tell you that these people are often helpless to take constructive initiative outside of their office.
