Would you please provide some real examples of role upgrades that we 
need to avaoid being marginalized?

Also, I'd like to understand about the users who, with their increased 
knowledge, need us more than ever.  I tend to think that more 
sophisticated users need us less, so perhaps a concrete example 
illustrating your point would help me understand.
