Re: Tech Writer and BA Title

I was a Group Leader whenI worked for Cap Gemini. I supervised 8 people, but
I also did their reviews and had input to salary, raises, and bonuses. And,
I managed a diverse "group" of people: one tech writer, four developers, and
a couple of testers, and one engagement manager!

It's not a bad title though--no one has ever misunderstood that I was
managing a group :-)
