Hi Pete,

I have recently got a job in IBM and have been working here since a month.
Though, I am working in IBM India Pvt Lttd but the environment here also is
pretty cool. Apart rom styleguides and stuff..theres a lot more to learn.
There is a vast resource of trainings in IBM for the employees to get as
much knowledge on the industry.

Also, it provides ample opportunities for experienced people as well to grow
and mentor the junior-level people..Its been a month so cant tell much but
so far the experience has been good..and that when I have come from one of
the India's largest software development company HCL.

With Regards,
Anuj Kapoor
