As Rebecca and Cindy noted, you can set the physical and logical page
numbering to match in Acrobat. But if your source is FrameMaker, I
recommend getting the PageLabeler plug-in from Carmen Publishing
(www.frameexpert.com). It transfers your FM numbering to the PDF for you
-- no manual post-processing necessary.
