Let's put it another way: how would you expect a customer to use an
inaccurate document?
Can anyone think of any situation in which you would deliberately
choose elegant prose that's inaccurate? (I certainly can't, and I'm
not interested in trying to devise one...)
If I was writing for politics, it might be different, but since I'm
writing something that's intended to help the user, I'll take
accuracy, thanks.
