I'm *not* saying it's a good thing. Just:

1. It makes sense for M-soft.
2. It would make life easier on one level for many small companies.

Welll.... in his second post, he said:

To me, that implies that "Quickly put a lot of these outfits out of
business" is somehow a good thing. But I may be reading too much into
it....
