This is a functional requirement of the application. The FS describes
what the application does and how it does it. The business
requirement describes it from business context...what the business
needs.

If it starts with "The business requires...", then is it a BR. If it
starts with "The application will..." then it is a FR. What you are
refering to is in an FS.
