Paying money to a specialist/consultant was SO never going to happen.  
Budget? We don't got no steenking budgets.

Another time (like, after I retire), my intellectual curiosity will  
no doubt lead me to delve into this. Now, not. Too busy. Way way WAY  
too busy to mess about with this unproductive effort any more.
