Stop and think about this a minute. Your question(s) about microsoft products are microsoft questions, not tech writing questions. Microsoft has your money, Microsoft owes you support, and when you ask Microsoft tool questions here instead of in dedicated Word forums, you're robbing the greater Word community of your valuable feedback. You're serious, perhaps, but I don't think you understand the palette of tools at your disposal.

Intemperate, unreasonable, and quarrelsome are words better applied to people and companies who DON'T understand what users need. I think you probably meant instead that you're glad I'm not the moderator of techwr-l. If I were moderator, I'd restrict everyone who appeared to be using the techwriting list as a primary tool support site!
