(I apologize if this has been recently discussed--searching the archives on
the term "index" turns up tons of entries because it finds things like
"thread index.")

I absolutely cannot figure out how to get a comma inserted between a
subentry and a pagenum in a FrameMaker index. I want it to look like this:

Cats

herding, 34

No matter how I hack up the index text flow on the reference page, I can't
get that comma in there. Can't find anything helpful on web, either. I'm
using Frame 7.0. Ideas?
