Ditto again. A DVD based video training program may be an answer because
you can include short segments that focus on specific subjects, much like
individual chapters in a manual. An overall menu (TOC) can be used by the
viewer to access a particular subject, or to pick up where they left off.
You can also adapt the program to streaming video downloadable from a
website, but be prepared to set aside a lot of bandwidth.

Above all, don't make it amateurish, know where you are going before you
start shooting and be prepared to supply supporting documentation.
