Technical Communication degree by distance

Hi everyone

I'm brand new to this list so here's my first post.

Can anyone tell me of any universities offering a Technical
Communication degree by distance education? I'm thinking something
similar to the U of Phoenix online.

I'm in Canada so Canadian universities would be a bonus.
