Upon initial login of what or whom? Is this the first login experienced
by the entire system? Or just /your/ first login?
Also, its very... dry.
It's a good reword, and I can see why some people would prefer it. But
as a user, I'd simply be happier with 'the first time you log in, you
will see the new user welcome message.'
