Techwhirlers,

We have made usability of our web based resources a priority and was
wondering if anyone had reccomendations on coursework to get our staffers
up to speed regarding basic to moderately advanced usability principles and
practices.

I've been handed some brochures from the design and Usability Center at
Bentley College, MA. Has anyone taken any of thier classes or have an
opinion on thier coursework either way? Also any program located in NYS
would be particularly attractive as it is much easier for us to get travel
approval when it is in-state.
