While I get up to speed, I'm using some of the free templates (and one that
I purchased -- separate thread for THAT story).
Also check out http://www.css-discuss.org. Go to their wiki...they
have a bunch of links on various designs that you can use (two column,
three column, four column, with and without headers and footers, plus
more).
And if you find a site that you like, view the source to see how they
coded it, and also open their CSS file. (It's not a Good ThingTM to
exactly copy someone else's design. But looking at how the pieces tie
together is one way to learn.)
