Good morning!

My ever-evolving help system is going on the intranet soon (delays,
delays), and during the course of its development, I need a way to
update everyone involved in the project on its status-updates, changes,
etc. I've looked into a wiki, but I don't need that level of
interactivity, and nobody here has used one before. My solution, or the
only one that sticks out, is to set up an internal blog on the intranet
so I can post our development and testing team about the system's
status. Has anyone done anything like this, and if so, what *free*
programs have you used?

Thanks,
