I've only been using D2H Enterprise for the last three months and have
picked up enough to make a usable NetHelp system, but I plan to take
their WebEx training courses-beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If
you want to know more about it, you can visit doctohelp.com. They have
a free introductory class that lasts about an hour, and it was pretty
helpful, but if you purchase Doc-to-Help and want to learn more advanced
functions without having to wait for a forum reply (someone said their
forum isn't very active compared with other product forums, and I agree)
or figuring them out on your own, you may want to look into it. They
have classes scheduled for Feb. 26-March 2, and that covers all three
skill levels.
If you want to know more, email me off list. I don't want to sound like
a salesman, unless there's something in it for me. :-)
