I expect an interviewee to be making an effort to demonstrate their best
behavior.

If this is his best behavior, what will I be exposing my company to when
he's part of the family and showing his real self?

Right about that point the open door will revolve him right back out to the
sidewalk.

A supervisor or manager has a responsibility to colleagues and subordinates
to weed out potential nut cases as best they can, and anybody with such low
social skills ("emotional intelligence") as to behave like this at an
interview site -- well, they do not qualify to be in the same building with
me.

The only acceptable policy toward violence -- including crude language and
loud voices -- is zero tolerance. OSHA even has official guidelines about
this. If you do not believe me about this, check with your corporate
attorney about company liability re: workplace violence.

Interviewing strategies: be on your best behavior! Sheesh!
