Any canned interview technique that an interviewer can learn, the
interviewee can also learn.  The "cheating" candidate still won't
know how to follow through on the job, but will be able to look
good in the interview.  In order for any interview method to be
effective, the questions asked and the "good answers" sought
have to be based  on the actual requirements for the job, not on
what some book or online course tells you is what a "good
candidate" will say in response to a given question.  But most
interviewers who sign up to learn "new interview techniques" are
likely to adopt not only the suggested questions, but also the
suggested "good answers," because if they already knew what
questions they wanted to ask and what answers they wanted to
hear they wouldn't be looking for new ones in the first place.
