Hi:
Can anyone enlighten me as to what a "Technical Specification" is. I know what a Functional Specification is - and the definition of such is fairly standard across the industry. But what is a Technical Specification?
From what I have seen, quite frankly, it is a Functional Specification that is so unfunctional that no one dares call it such. So, to call it something, they give it the catch-all name of Techincal Specification. But, of course, there may be other considerations that I am not aware of.
