I never tell anyone that Word can't do anything. I do say that to get
some things to work as designed in Word requires someone who knows
how to get it to jump through that particular hoop (and who brings
their own chicken).

Besides...my job isn't to look good. My job is to make the client and
its deliverable look good and whether I can do it or not doesn't
matter if the client can't reproduce the same results after I leave.

Is it acceptable that an application requires a special touch to get
an included feature to work?
