Are you kidding? Some I didn't have the faintest idea what they were
proposing, which is why I made it personal policy a year or two ago
to only deal with agency recruiters who spoke English as a first
language. If I got a call from one where it wasn't, I would simply
decline the offer, that I was already placed somewhere else. They
give us lists of skillets that they require...let's just say it is a
skillset that I require.
