Actually, not terribly often in either Frame or Word. Most problems I experience
with Word craziness result from other users
allowing the program to do all that stuff it
wants to do automatically. The key to avoiding these issues (at least for me) is to shut them
all off and never to insert other peoples' doc files into my own without first reformatting them to my doc templates
and stripping out all the unused styles.

In my recent Word experience, bizarro behavior is the norm. In Frame, it was rare. My Ventura and Wordperfect experiences are too far ago for me to remember!
