Hi Sarah

I'm assuming you have tried clicking File > Rename Project...? If not,
that's the first place to look. Next, I'd examine window caption
settings as well as settings in the Single Source Layouts area.

Beyond that, it's a matter of using the search to locate occurrences.
Maybe you will find something in common across the affected topics.
(or is that "IN"fected in this case?)
