RoboHelp project renaming

I've just inherited a RoboHelp HTML (X5.0.2) project from my company's
other technical author, who's now left.

This project was originally created as help for a specific client (let
us call them V), and then edited and renamed to be generic help.  How do
I know this?  Because the output still has 'V Online Help' blazoned
proudly across the top.

The project has been renamed to remove the reference to V.  The project
name used by the SSL contains no reference to V.  Using the multi-file
find and replace reveals no mention of V anywhere but in the SSL, but
Windows Search finds references to V everywhere in the project.

Is there anything I can do other than open every dratted file in the
project and manually change the references to V?
