Put the following nested fields in the odd page footer

{ = ({ PAGE} + 1 ) / 2 }

where the curly brace characters are field braces. Insert a pair of field
braces by pressing Ctrl-F9. Note that there are two pairs of braces and one
pair of parentheses. The parentheses are typed normally.
