MSWord - page numbering

We create large training manuals. Instructor notes on the left hand
page with hidden text so the pages look blank to students. We would
like the page numbering to IGNORE the left hand page and number
consecutively just the student pages. So the students see page 1, 2, 3,
4 (instead of 1, 3, 5, 7)....

Please help.
